Refund and Cancellation Policy

Monthly plan

Cancel anytime and you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. We don't refund partial months, but if you were charged by mistake or the service didn't work for you, email us within 7 days of the charge and we'll refund it.

Lifetime plan

Full refund if you ask within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked.

How to ask

Email hello@scorebadge.com from your account email with the date of the charge. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
