What we collect

• Your email address, to send login links and account emails.
• The websites you scan and their results.
• Payment status for paid plans. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never reach us. The phone number you enter at checkout is passed to the payment provider for the receipt and not stored by us.
• Basic request logs kept by our host (Cloudflare) for security and debugging.

How we use it

To run the service, enforce limits, upgrade paid accounts and reply to support requests. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who processes it

Cloudflare (hosting and database), Resend (login emails), Google PageSpeed Insights (speed tests of the sites you scan) and our payment provider.

What's public

A scanned domain's latest score appears on its public score page and the leaderboard. Your email is never shown publicly.

Claude connector

If you connect scorebadge to Claude, Claude sends us the website addresses and domains you ask it to check or look up, and we send back scores, issues and fixes. We don't receive your conversations or anything else from Claude. Connecting signs you in with the same email login; the access tokens Claude holds are stored by us only as hashes, expire after an hour and renew for up to 30 days. Disconnect anytime in Claude under Settings, Connectors, which stops Claude's access.
